Christopher's extraordinary, capable and personable service was instrumental in getting us to the closing table. We are beyond thrilled with the purchase of our Ft. Lauderdale condo. From the first phone call, he asked all the pertinent questions; all relevant listings were sent to us on a timely basis. Doing business with 1300 miles between us, was no obstacle for Chris. When our property hit the market, we emailed Chris to advise that this was a strong possibility. Within 24 hours we had a complete video presentation of the unit without asking for such. As our search was so focused, we were familiar with the community and building. With Google earth, Chris patiently illustrated where our apartment was located in the building, its exposure and even where our parking spot was located. Our offer was made immediately and successfully negotiated, sight unseen. Boom! When we traveled down for the home inspection, it was everything and more that was represented.
