I met Laura under difficult circumstances, when I arrived to Connecticut from Texas to bury my mom and liquidate her estate. Laura helped me with selling moms condo in Danbury. Laura was recommended to me through a web site. I was comfortable talking with her on the phone, and even more comfortable after meeting her in person. I did not hesitate hiring Laura without interviewing other realtors, as I am an experienced real estate investor, and I am very comfortable with assessing realtors. Laura is a great realtor. A good realtor will take care of the process and make it as easy for you as possible. A great realtor, like Laura, will understand your preferences, experience, and comfort zone, and will curate you through the process. In particular, we had to make adjustments, and I followed her advice on all occasions because her suggestions were very much in line with my assessment of the situation. Laura masterfully navigated through a sale that was significantly complicated by very restrictive rules imposed by the condo association, multiple successful and unsuccessful offers, and long-distance communications. She was in constant contact with the association, recommended an attorney for closing and an estate liquidator, and even engaged her husband Peter in the process. Everything was perfect!In summary, I recommend Mrs. Laura Tesla in strongest terms possible. Professionalism comes with training and experience, but intelligence and intuition are innate.
