It's been several years since I had an experience with Mr.Roser, I had been looking for the perfect home for sometime moving hear from out of state, I mostly dealt with his office staff who where the only reason I continued working with his office. I have 3 children and time my youngest were 3 and 6 and very active. Mr. Roser was showing my family a home which that day my mother tagged along while I was in the other room Mr. Roser made a rude comment about my kids in how I need to control them. Now my kids are active but isn't it apart of your job to deal with families ??? Of course my mother told me what he said and that ended that. If it had not been for one of the office girls who was also licensed I would have walked away. He was very cocky too. He only wanted to show me a few houses and was determined to rush me into purchasing one. Beware of high pressure and not getting personal attention from him only his office staff.

I just wanted to say that, in all my time in working with realtors, it has never been such a pleasure. George Roser Team is the best. During the first meeting the realtors(George & Monica) sat me down, looked me straight in the eye and stated,"We work for you. How can we be of service?". That was not a line to get my business. I felt valued and important. My opinion mattered. George and Monica worked with me to get what I wanted and not what was easiest for them. I did not feel like a number in a quota game. Realtor(Assistant) Monica Rainey is one of the most pleasant, patient and understanding individuals that I have ever met in my life. She is the real deal. You are not just a job to her but a PERSON!!!. She listened to what I wanted and said, "Ok, let's make this happen". Even when a seller was being difficult, things were handled with grace and professionalism. It took months to find what I wanted, not once did I feel left out in the cold. She worked continuously and every other day there were different homes for me to view. I was never made to feel as if i was being too difficult because I did not like a home. She would say, "It's out there. Let's keep looking". Let's face it. Buying a home is not an easy process. When you can find a person that can make things go as smoothly as possible that's a plus.
