Marc Thomas in two words...The Best! Marc isn't just an agent, he is your friend. Yes, he sold our home in just a few short weeks; yes, he knows the business extremely well and, yes, he is a true professional. That's everything you would, and should, expect. Not all agents hit that target. That said, this is what sets Marc apart from the rest. He answered every hard question (honestly) we could throw at him. He was accessible to us WHENEVER we needed him,holidays/weekends/evenings. Marc showed our home almost as much as other agents, he really works hard to sell your home. He always pulled us aside before going into a meeting/closing/viewing to discuss the situation with us (As your agent, you will know that Marc is on your team). When hearing we had an extremely bad day...he sent flowers. When things went crazy right up until closing (which always happens), he was right there with solutions. Get this, when our daughter noticed that a bunny was trapped in a window well of a model home while we were signing papers, Marc rolled up his sleeves and went to work. He devised a plan, caught the bunny and released it...much to our daughter's happiness.Selling a home is hard work, but Marc makes it easy and is with you every step of the way. We would 100% choose Marc again!

My wife and I enlisted Marc's help in finding our first home and we're really grateful that we happened upon his Zillow profile. Marc is an awesome guy and there are thousands of reasons why I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.Since we were first time home buyers, here are our top 4 reasons we love Marc and will be calling him when it's time to sell:* Super easy and quickly responsive to all communications (text, phone, email, etc) * Extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business - he has almost 20 years of experience, the first 10 of which were being a real estate appraiser so he completely understands every aspect of home building, buying, maintenance, etc and was pointing out inner workings of houses that we didn't even know about! * His goal is his client's happiness - we used a different real estate agent the first time we looked for a house (ended up not buying that time around) that interjected her own opinions about houses sometimes, and Marc didn't ever do that. He always had our preferences, our lifestyle, and our personalities in mind when looking at houses with us. * He protects his own. My wife and I weren't exactly thrilled about meeting pushy selling real estate agents or home builders (high pressure car salesman situations), but Marc made us feel totally protected and safe going anywhere with him. Anytime a salesperson tried to pressure us, Marc was right there distracting them with lots of questions so we could see the house on our own. Marc handled all of the high pressure sales and contract negotiations with the seller and really made the home buying experience much easier and less stressful.We very highly recommend Marc to anyone looking to have a real estate agent that they can really trust and enjoy working with.

5 Star review for a 5 Star Realtor! Marc Tomas provided us with the type of service you don't see on TV. We chose Marc Thomas as our realtor based on a referral from a well respected source. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service we received while we were searching for and purchased our first home. I was a rookie then, but immediately noticed the difference between my realtor and other homebuyers realtors. I could tell that certainly my service in comparison was much more personal and most of all professional. If I am correct, Marc always answers his phone. I don't think I ever had to leave him a voice message. As any first time homebuyer knows, this process comes with a whole new language. Marc Thomas introduced us to this arena, and he made us feel as knowledgeable, competent, and confident. Marc's knowledge of home buying & home ownership is advanced. He is able to walk you through this process effortlessly. I am giving this review again as a rookie. This time as a first time seller. A great opportunity convinced us to move from our beautiful home to another state. Needing a realtor to help us sell our home, we knew there was no reason to even consider using anybody else. We know many other realtors, but Marc Thomas' was the best option for sure. Marc Thomas absolutely blew us away with his presentation of our listing for our home we were selling.
