Marc was great. I talked to several realtor and i chose him. He came to my house and before going through the house, he sat down and explained his reasoning why he thought my house was worth 213k. I had a realtor the week before walk through my house and said i could get around 200k. Marc had a wealth of knowledge on the area and had people that he had used before and trusted to do various projects throughout my house. The week we were going live he recommended we raise the list price and i had several offers 2 of which were over the asking price. I would highly recommend him to anyone, i nave referred him to several of my friends who will be looking to sell there house in the next year. If you want someone who can answer all questions and is always available to answer questions go with Marc.
