Ryan Ney was our realtor for the sale of our Arizona condominium as well as the purchase of a 3800 sq ft home in Scottsdale. We highly recommend Ryan. He is hard working, dedicated to his clients, and very professional. He is also very patient. It took us more than a year of looking to find a home to buy. Ryan never pressured us or gave us the impression that he was losing patience with our search. He was always upbeat and positive. Ryan is also very helpful and resourceful. He found us a handyman to make repairs on our sale. He also found a contractor to give us a remodel estimate on a home we liked but needed updating. We ended up buying a different home, again with no pressure from Ryan.Before Ryan, we used a 'prominent' Realtor in the Troon area who sells multi-million dollar homes. Slick handouts and fancy advertisements don't make up for diligent hard work. Ryan Ney is the best Realtor we have ever worked with.
