Well after almost four weeks or more weeks with upper respiratory problems I can now sit down and send you a belated thank you for your expertise,knowledge,referrals and attention to details. Without your assistance, I doubt we would have gotten though our purchasing - 1485 Memoli Ln. unit # 12. First and foremost , your honest appraisal on the overall condition of the unit was spot on. Consequently, I/we felt comfortable going forward with said purchase. In addition, the referrals for Inspection service, air conditioning, plumbing and a local insurance agency were in my view exceptional. Each and every organization you suggested performed their assigned tasks professionally and courteously. Furthermore, their fee's for service came within the guess estimates, which I had in mind for each repair/upgrade. Both My wife Bernice and I cannot thank you enough for the amount of time you expended to help us through the purchase experience. Florida rules/law are certainly less complicated than New Jersey, but as a novice one is left to the assistance of responsible and honest realtors. Both categories which you possess in spades.
