We were wanting to purchase a home on a wide canal in the Cape Coral area. Lilo was very knowledgeable of the area and she always had at least 4 homes for us to look at each day. She was very patient with us showing us homes for several weeks. Lilo would always give us the pros and cons on each home. We finally purchased a home and she guided us through all the steps of the purchase. She also provided us with the names of reputable outside contractors to take care of the pool, yard, pest control, etc. We were so impressed with her expertise we asked her help in selling our condo. She did an outstanding job of staging our condo and we were able to sell it in a short period of time. We have recommended her to several of our friends and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and honest realtor.

My wife and I had just relocated to Cape Coral and purchased what we thought was our "forever home". We unfortunately found that the Florida weather was not the right place for my wife's health issues. We had put a lot of money and work into our canal front home. We were now in a position where we needed to sell and move to a different climate in a quick way. It was important to us to find an aggressive agent with great networking. I did a lot of research and narrowed down to 2 potential realtors. I even ran numerous search possibilities to see which agents and brokerages popped up the most frequent. Our first meeting was with a well known national company and the agent did not want to list at our suggested price. He had already completed a Comparable Market Analysis on our home and handed us the packet when he arrived at our home. Why would you want to value a client's home when you haven't even seen it?? When we met Lilo, we knew she was the right agent. She listened to our needs. She clearly understood that each client has a unique situation and needs a unique approach. Lilo has tons of knowledge of the area and a terrific network of business professionals, prior clients, and friends/associates from all over the world. She is active on social media avenues as well. During the process of listing/selling she was in constant contact with us. We received feedback from our showings and always welcomed any recommendations to make our home show better. Lilo cares about her clients and it shows. I happened to also be selling a boat during our dealings and Lilo went out of her way to mention my boat and send prospective buyers. I will close by stating that I would have loved to have gotten to know Lilo better before we left Florida but that wasn't possible. The reason is that Lilo was able to list us and get us sold in 12 days with 2 full price offers. We are now settled in North Carolina and still bragging about our Florida realtor.
