I originally met Jim while renting the cabin at Leland Lake and exploring the Quilcene area for a summer home. He was very friendly, helpful and obviously extremely knowledgeable about the Hood Canal area that we decided we wanted him as our realtor. When we returned later in the year to start our search things had changed a bit; the land we wanted was in Mason County and no longer listed. This didnt deter Jim, he tracked down the information needed in a different county and talked them into accepting an offer from us before the property was relisted. He was there every step of the way through contingencies, access issues and any other problem that came up until I had the property I had always dreamed of having.Jim never seemed to take a day off because whenever I sent him a text or message he responded right away. Having bought a house, sold a house and now buying land from Jim all in the last 3 years, Ive dealt with several realtors and can tell you they are not all the same. Most realtors forget your name as soon as they get their commission check, not Jim. It seems obvious that he doesnt do this just for the money; even with the sale complete he has been a wonderful source of information and help.
