I was so glad that we asked Bruce Munn to be our agent to help sell our house and property. He was super to work with and in my opinion went above and beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions. I think he did an excellent job of setting a price that helped us get the most out of our listings, so I think his knowledge of the market in his area is very good. He gave us great advice in what to do to get the house at its best to sell, and since we live in Everett and the house was near Quilcene, he took care of hiring local people and getting the things done, in some cases doing some work himself. Taking the ferry over would have been expensive and time consuming, and Bruce took care of things so we never had to do that. He also did a great job in negotiations so that things worked together for closing, and thanks to his coordination we were even able to close early.
