I dont even know where to begin. Marquise is different than all of the other real estate agents. Most agents are looking out for themselves (which I get to some level, but at the same time I dont think that is always in the buyer/sellers best interest). We met Marquise over 6 months ago....and he never rushed us into anything. One of the most patient agents out there. Then, when you are ready to begin the process, Marquise starts the engine....and wow...can this guy drive things.... So much follow up. Marquise feels like a personal butler when it comes to having a good real estate agent on your side. He sold our house in 3 days to the first person that looked at the house. He then executed the purchase of our new house in less than 2 weeks. Marquise ordered all necessary items and brings in a very serious, business sense to the table as well as a sense of humor that is refreshing and unexpected from someone who take his business as serious as he does. I would highly recommend Marquise to anyone and I would not hesitate to use him over and over as our Realtor in the future. I hope this review helps keep Marquises phone ringing off the hook. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed.
