After having bought and sold six homes during our married life, when we needed to sell my parents home in Cresaptown, which is 2 hours away from where we live, we knew we needed an agent that was knowledgeable of the local market, savvy in terms of contemporary real estate marketing, someone who keeps the seller informed and involved, and an agent that aggressively pushes their listings. After researching Cumberland area real estate agents, we decided Ally Litten satisfied all of our requirements. After meeting with her, she worked to pull together the listing with a selling price already established, details about the house, pictures of the home outside, inside and from a drones perspective, all which made for a positive listing. The listing went live the Friday before Memorial Day and by the following Tuesday morning we had 7 offers. In little more than a month the settlement was complete. Ally is the BEST!
