Rob is what everyone looks for in an agent. He helped us not only buy our new home after months of looking, but helped us figure out how to fulfill our dream of building a home. Rob is responsive, professional, caring, smart, and has forged great relationships in the industry. He knew exactly what we wanted/needed probably before we even did, to be honest! We have worked with Rob since 2006 with the purchase of a town home where he gained our trust from the beginning for future endeavors. Eight years later, Rob was instrumental in our first time sale of a home. He was able to guide us with much patience and answer all our newbie questions about how to sell our home. The house was sold in less than two weeks and we have Rob to thank! Meanwhile, he also has a great knowledge of house structure and contractors in the area. He was there every step of the building process and helped us cultivate a wonderful relationship with our builder, Seth Sheets. Rob is not about just making the sale and moving on-- hes about finding the right fit for the buyer. Rob always sent out new information or listings as soon as they became available, always responded promptly to our emails and showed us homes at whatever time/day was convenient for us. Ultimately it was his insight that helped us see the potential in the plot and build our dream home. Our experience with Rob was exceptional, he goes above and beyond what is necessary or expected.
