I bought my home two years ago and used a family member as my agent. I decided not to use them to sell the home and found Natalie through Zillow. I was so glad that I found her because after we got an offer and the Buyer had their home inspection there was big trouble. My family member/Realtor had not advised me to have a home inspection and so I never knew there was a problem with the home. It turns out that due to poor building practices the builder had completely neglected to install a firewall between my side of the townhouse and the neighbors side. The Buyer was so freaked out that they were going to terminate the contract. Natalie helped convince the Buyers agent to advise her client to stay under contract. We agreed to fix the problem and it turned out to be relatively inexpensive for me. I actually made money selling my home (after only owning it for 2 years) and we closed on time. I would recommend Natalie as a listing agent to anyone looking to sell their home!

Natalie assisted us in relocating from Raleigh NC to Boise. She was priceless source of information. She spent days driving us around assisting us in determining which areas best suited us and which house best fit our familys needs. She was incredibly pleasant to boot! I am an active licensed agent in NC so I am probably not the easiest client to impress but Natalie did just that. She went above and beyond to assist us (we were fickle and picky as heck!). In the end we didnt even move to Boise! My husbands job instead promoted him to a position in Phoenix. Natalie went so far as to do research and reach out to Realtors in the Phoenix market for us. That is PHENOMENAL service. She took care of us even past her obligations to. Even though we didnt get to buy the house Natalie helped us find (and negotiated a good price on) I am so glad we had the experience of working with her. Natalie is the best! My family and I took the plunge moving to Idaho, and I?m now typing this from our beautiful new home. We couldn?t be happier.
