I cant say enough wonderful things about Natlie! We bought from out of state and were very nervous to do so, but Natalie made it so easy. She would send us detailed videos and pictures of any house we were interested in. She was extremely fast to respond. We never had an issue with her responding back to us. She was very on top of everything. Very organized. She would send us listings that met our criteria exactly. The buying process was not only super easy with her she made it fun as well. She really went above and beyond. She would give us recommendations on places to eat, hotels, parks etc. that really made our time in Idaho so fun and enjoyable. She really made us feel like friends or family to her. She cared very much about listening to our wants and desires. Now we have a beautiful home and we cant thank her enough! ??

First off, simple words can express the experience weve had with Natalie filbert with Mountain Realty. From the beginning of or journey until just recently we went out on numerous occasions looking for the perfect home. This woman has impressed my wife and I something incredible. We looked at probably 25 homes or more, and for some reason I would always seem to find something we just didnt like. Maybe it was the layout, maybe it was the dog urine smell, or maybe it was just the nature of the house I just didnt really like. My wife and we were getting somewhat frustrated, but Natalie of course reassured us we would find the perfect home. Natalie really knows the neighborhoods, all the sidestreets to get around, places you want to live, and the neighborhoods to stay out of. Coming from a different state my wife and I felt like we had an honest realtor who would not steer us down the wrong direction. My wife and I feel Natalie is an excellent real estate professional. I would refer her to anyone looking are selling a house, she knows the market value, Natalie gets to know you the person on a personal basis then she compresses that information that she has learned from you, and then she goes to work for you.Shes able to make the perfect connection for the lifestyle you want with your home of your dreams. My wife and I feel if it wasnt for Natalie are experience in buying a home in Idaho would just not of happened. I give Natalie a five star rating. Our home was on and off the market for several years, and it seemed we were always chasing the market down. We went through 4 listing agents before we found Natalie. Natalie represented the sellers of a home we purchased a year before selling our home. We were impressed with how well she represented the sellers at that time so decided to ask her to try and sell ours. We listed our home in October (traditionally not the best time to sell in Boise) and within 3 days we got an offer. We accepted the offer even though we knew that we would have to bring cash to the closing table just to unload the home. When the Buyers appraisal came back, it was even less than the offer we accepted. Natalie suggested that we proceed with a short sale since we did not have any more money to close the deal. We agreed to short sale and Natalie helped guide us through the process. Natalie was both professional and knowledgeable. She communicated what needed to happen and took care of everything with the bank. Within 5 weeks of agreeing to the short sale of our home, we closed with the original buyer. We would recommend Natalie?s services without hesitation. She?s friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and really knows how to close a deal.
