Greg is extremely detailed oriented and prompt. I was impressed with his ability to quickly narrow down the options and pinpoint properties that fit my criteria. It made the process much more focused and I didn't feel like I was wasting time looking at any properties. As a first time home buyer I had A LOT of questions! He was very patient with me and eager to dig deeper into all of my questions. Greg was very knowledgable about the various aspects of a home that provide value in not only the short term but LONG TERM. Throughout the process Greg was available anytime of the day. Our correspondence was prompt as time was of the essence in our negotiation process. We worked through a radon mitigation process together and I feel confident that the results surpassed the expectations. Following the closing of the deal we still had certain questions regarding the home. Greg was available and quick to get the answers we needed.
