We used Katie twice this year to list and sell homes for us. She was recommended by a very good friend. In both cases she notified us when our homes were going to be shown. She followed up with each realtor that showed our properties to get feedback. When we had offers, she kept us informed every step of the way. She would check on our property after it had been shown to make sure that our properties were secure. Numerous cases were found of lights and ceiling fan being on, thermostat being changed, and even a door being left unlocked. One of the properties required Katie to do a lot of the work that should have been by the other realtor. She worked directly with the loan officer, inspector, etc. to help keep the closing on track.Katie is very personable and is willing to do what she has to do to get her job done.
