Review Marlo Allen served us extremely well. She worked with us to prepare the house for sale, particularly in regard to her meticulous market research to establish a sale price; she did a superb job in securing photos of the house and assuring it was ready and appealing for showing; she networked with area realtors, reflecting her own high standing in the reality community; and she responded to every showing we had, determining the reactions of realtors and clients to the house, and then immediately conveying that information to us. Once a contract was placed on our house (at a price we were quite comfortable with, and in half the time the average house sells in Wintergreen), she led us through the sales process step by step, making the entire affair effortless and pleasant from our perspective. She proved herself to be a highly knowledgeable and adept sales agent. We recommend her to anyone in the Wintergreen and Nelson County community who wishes to sell their house in a timely manner at a price that meets the sellers expectations.
