Michael first helped me rent my property in Charlestown, RI. He met with me at the house and told me what repairs/upgrades the house needed in order to rent. Michael found a qualified renter and did a superb job of managing the property. After renting for 1 year I decided to sell the property. Due to the location and condition of the property it took 8 months to sell. Michael made countless trips to the property to show the property, meet with contractors, to check on the property and help resolve issues with the property. He never gave up in the process and although the value of this house was not high, Michael didn't give any less attention to this sale than I believe he does for much more expensive homes. Michael has an excellent understanding of the process from beginning to end and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any real estate needs you may have!
