I met Steve when he was in the automotive industry and liked his honest, no-nonsense approach to getting deals put together so I called him when it was time for me to sell a house. He met with me and I was very impressed with the marketing plan he laid out to sell my house. I have very little experience in real estate sales. Steve took his time to explain everything in detail and patiently answered my multiple questions. The house needed a little bit of work before we could list it. Steve has a list of contractors he recommends and when I contacted the ones for the various jobs I needed completed and mentioned his name, each one seemed to perk up and got me scheduled right away. Ive scheduled some of this kind of work in the past and have been put off for weeks. Steves connections were really beneficial. They were fast and priced fair. Once we listed it took very little time to get an offer that we accepted. Through the whole process Steve called me and kept me informed of what was going on and responded when I called him. The communication was outstanding. I was definitely impressed with Steve and would highly recommend him to anyone selling a house.
