LeAnn Bound was a great real estate agent for us. Our home is a Deltec house, which we loved, but not easy to sell, She found a photographer who pictured it to advantage for our listing.She helped us every step of the way, from figuring out an asking price - which we got!, with her help - to dealing with negotiations with the buyer.She helped us out during several problems (small crises) that came up during the time between contract signing and closing, being there in person to work out how to solve them successfully. Since we had been renting our home rather than living there, having LeAnn handy to work through these problems was really good. With her help we got through them all and were able to close on time.Sp we would rate Leann Bound as an excellent agent -- helpful, available even-tempered, cool in a crisis/problem, and a great person to work with.

Our experience with LeAnn was excellent throughout the entire process of purchasing our home in Asheville. Unfortunately, in our situation, we encountered several issues as a result of the home inspection that required us and the sellers to bring in various contractors and licensed professionals to address a number of issues, which extended the process and also required our purchase contract to be amended on multiple occasions. LeAnn did a tremendous job of managing that entire process, helping to bring in qualified professionals, while throughout the process continuing to look out for our best interests. She was incredibly responsive while dealing with all these issues and kept in constant communication with us. We would absolutely recommend LeAnn based on the great job she did in helping us to purchase our new home.
