Buying or selling a house can be stressful and complicated, but having an experienced professional like Alyssa Augustine on our side has made all the difference. Alyssa guided us through our long-distance purchase with ease and great skill. She was able to move quickly to do a virtual walk-through with us, when needed, and she was able to provide video walk-throughs for us as well. Her quick response and thorough descriptions gave us a great deal of confidence in deciding whether or not to proceed with an offer. Alyssa took the time to listen to our needs and she provided advice that was spot on. She is well versed in this market, very knowledgeable, and a timely and excellent communicator, all things that are extremely important when working with long-distance clients. Alyssa is able to translate many of the complex real estate, legal and financial aspects of these transitions into small simple ones - providing them to us at just the right time. When working with out of state clients, this is extremely important since we were unfamiliar with North Carolina real estate laws. You will be in great hands with Alyssa! We were those people who visited friends in Asheville and knew we had to move here. Our friends connected us with Alyssa who she had also helped. Alyssa helped show us properties when we visited, and checked out properties for us when we werent in town. She really sought to understand our needs and helped us find the home of our dreams. We called on her depth of experience many times over the house finding and buying process, and were grateful for her at every step of the way. She steered us away from properties that would have been trouble, and helped us really understand what we were getting into with the home we bought. She helped us negotiate a great (and very fair) price for the home we bought. And she knows so much about Asheville, she really helped us get settled in too!
