John Sjoberg and his team represented us on our purchase of our new home in Austin. We moved to Austin a year ago, we didnt have any real estate contact in this market. We met John when we requested a showing through Zillow, and he showed us the a couple of properties, one of which is the one we decided to move forward with. We are extremely impressed at the level of professionalism, responsiveness and deep knowledge of the market that John and his team demonstrated. John always responded to our request within 15-30 minutes via email, depending on the work/research needed. He took initiatives in reminding us of follow-up, inspection deadlines. He and his team are also resourceful with recommendations of reliable contractor/partners that we could use for the work we want to do for the house.
