Andre was a great realtor. He helped me through a scary period where it wasn't clear if I was going to be able to sell for the price I wanted. It was uncharted water for both him and me, and it turned out well. Then in the buying process (which is awful right now) we hit a stroke of luck, along with a timely, shrewd phone call Andre initiated on his own to the seller's agent. He went on vacation for a week during the time we worked together (which isn't unexpected given how long it took to get through the process to find a place I wanted AND could afford). During that week he had an associate fill in who was just as attentive. Andre went above and beyond when asked to, and just as importantly, when not asked to. He brought me directly into conversations when it made sense, and kept a separation between me and others when it was appropriate/necessary. In short he did all the things you want your realtor to do, and none of the things you don't. As a side note: his support team, which you're going to be interacting with when things are "hustle, hustle, hustle", was also great.
