I recently made the purchase of a home in Johnson County. I was at first a bit overwhelmed given that I live almost 6 hours away. Fortunately I came across Jeff and the burden was made much easier on me. Jeff took the time to explain to me some of the ends and outs of real estate in that part of the state. He introduced me to many of the areas that he thought would fit my needs. Jeff was very attentive and asked all the right questions to learn what I was in the market for. He was generous with his time and I never found him out of pocket. There was a great deal of difficulty when I went through several banks to get my loan approved because of the type of property I was purchasing. Jeff was not only patient, but willing to give me assistance in ways that helped me make this dream a reality. He was always patient and willing to help in anyway he could. He was responsive to every request I made and was willing to go above and beyond to help me and my family. He was even willing to meet with me on weekends and even gearing a holiday. He was extremely professional and is a great man of integrity. I am so impressed with his efforts even though he knew there was not going to be in extremely high payout due to my lower purchase price, he cheated me as if I were buying $1 million home. I would recommend Jeff and Keller Williams to anyone who is in the market to buy or to sell a home. Thank you Jeff for making this experience so much easier. You are awesome!!! Thanks again.
