We really cannot say enough good things about CaLee as our realtor! Our family just relocated to Orange County. We settled on Ladera Ranch and googled realtors to meet so we could schedule a day to look around a bit at homes and learn the area. We expected to just meet in person, share our wish list for homes, and continue our search from afar. CaLee exceeded our expectations. She spent several hours showing us multiple areas and homes, gave us a great perspective of the area and where we wanted to look, what was in our price range, and what the area had to offer. We knew instantly we wanted to hire her as our realtor and knew she had our best interest at heart. She is very personable. We knew she understood what we were looking for and did her best to help us find it, while also giving us an accurate representation of the area and what was available. After several trips to the area, we made an offer on a home we fell in love with. There were multiple offers in a very competitive market. We cant relate how hard CaLee worked to help us in our negotiations. She had suggestions, walked us through anything we didnt understand, and ultimately our offer was accepted. We really believe this was because of CaLee. She knew the home, filled us in on anything we needed to be aware of, walked us through a difficult inspection day due to the seller. We really just cant say enough about how wonderful she is. She truly went well above and beyond. If you are looking for a realtor, CaLee is the absolute best and highly recommended!
