Ledio is an excellent source for finding a home that is right for you. As a first time home buyer with an 11 month baby, he was there for my husband and I to find us great condos in our price range and the right location and quick to setup as many showings as we wanted in our very very limited timeframe to close (approx. 4 weeks). He was more than happy make all pf the appointments, pick us up (and the baby) and make sure we were able to see everything we possibly could. Not only did he help us find the perfect place, but he guided us through the purchasing process, even offering unique offer ideas and suggestions to providing lender and lawyer referrals and literally held our hands all the way through the closing process, which can be confusing especially in our short time frame. Ledio is a great guy who will care about your needs and listen. He is always reachable and makes himself available, which was so important in the process.
