Trying to buy anything long distance is never an easy process especially when you are only moderately familiar with the area. We contacted several real estate agents and most never followed back, and others were never very helpful. Chad Neumann and Jay Wike were without a doubt the best you could possibly ask for. They provided incredible local knowledge in regards to lenders, inspections, insurance and the overall areas we were looking at. Their responsiveness and communication to all our questions were always met with immediate answers no matter what time of day they were asked. Their no pressure and calm attitudes always put us at ease knowing that they were always looking out for our best interests. They always went beyond what you would expect which made this long distance purchase a very smooth transaction. We will never use anyone else no matter where in Florida we might be purchasing our next property. Do not make the mistake of using anyone else but Chad, Sandy and Jay for your real estate needs.
