We were so lucky to find Vicki 7 years ago. From the moment we were able to start looking for our first home, Vicki treated us as top priority. She is extremely prompt about everything. She was there for us during the entire process. She treated us as family from the start. When it was time to sell our home we purchased, Vicki was there for us again and walked us through the whole process. We moved away for 4 years and we kept in contact. We moved back to the area and bought a home right away. Again, she was top notch. I was so thankful for everything Vicki did for us on our move back to the area. My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no idea where to start with the whole process. A friend recommended Larry because he had helped her sell her house, so we called him. From the beginning he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. He referred us to our mortgage lender (Dana DeGrave with Acacia) who was great also. We were not the easiest buyers to work with and had very particular things we were looking for, with a limited budget. The whole process took way longer than we expected (5 months) and there were many times that we were ready to give up, but Larry kept reminding us "There's always another house". After 4 failed offers, we finally found our house, and we could not be happier with it. Larry, and his associates, worked days, nights, weekends, anything needed to get us our house. There was always someone available if he was out of town. He spent so much time with us over those 5 months, we all became friends, and got to know each other. We highly recommend Larry DeMarco for anyone buying or selling their home.
