Every adjective in the English language equal and/or greater than the word "amazing" describes Diana Benson! She sold my home for more than I expected and within a ridiculously short time. The quality of the 3d pictures she created for the home was spectacular and I have no doubt this is why I received two offers within less than 3 days of the home being listed online. She was very patient with my questions (during early mornings and even at night) and was incredible through every step of this process; electronically bridging our distance by making documents easy to sign online. She goes above and beyond even down to the escrow process. She reaches for the gold when she sells your house for YOU, the seller. Because Ms. Benson was able to get the maximum amount for my house it increased the value of the houses in the same neighborhood. This is now a win not only for me, but the rest of neighbors as well as their investment now has more value.When you are selling your house the best person you can count on is Diana Benson, no one will reach for the stars for you like she does.

Diana is incredibly knowledgeable about Visalia area real estate and is a great advocate for her clients. She is reliable and always available to answer questions. She strives to understand exactly what her clients are looking for and puts a lot of thought into helping her clients find the perfect house. She has a wonderful combination of professionalism, humor, and warmth; which makes house shopping and buying feel stress-free. I have used her to sell our old house and to buy a new house. We would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Visalia!Diana put up with a lot, and I mean A LOT of phone calls, emails and texts from me over the time that I signed her as my agent. I was looking for a home that would accommodate my elderly parents, my sister, brother-in-law and their adult daughter; all of this with my being out of state! Everyone had different ideas, needs and wants; so to say we were high maintenance was an understatement! And yet, Diana was ever eager to help without making us feel rushed or that we were taking up too much of her time. I never sensed any type of pressure to "hurry up and buy"---because she really is on your side! The fact that she still has a full head of lovely dark hair is a miracle! Diana was such a blessing to our home buying process. When she met with me, she truly listened to what our needs were in both the selling and buying of a home. In selling our home, she used an innovative 3-D program, along with beautiful pictures that I believe truly enhanced the look of our home. Also, Diana didnt just list the house and move on to another sellers needs, she actively marketed the home. When buying a home, she researched homes daily and inquired about the pro/cons of each house so that she could better understand our needs and wants. Once we found the house we loved, Diana was able to negotiate a price that was within our budget. She then helped us find detailed house inspectors and termite inspectors, and much more. Even after we closed and moved into the house, she continues to touch base to see how all is going and if there is anything we need. There are many more ways that I could name, given time and space, of how Diana went above and beyond for us. I know that there are many good realtors in the Visalia area, BUT if you really want someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, hard-working, and has your best interest at heart, you will call Diana Benson. I would recommend her to anyone who is selling a home, or is looking for that special place to call home.

I had a challenge, buy a home from across the nation, in an area that I had limited familiarity with. I contacted Diana because of the high volume of positive ratings she has on Trulia. From our very first conversation, I felt at ease (and being an extremely shy and awkward person, that is truly saying something). She talked to me like a person, not another notch on a sale belt. She talked or messaged me every day. EVERY DAY. I had a whirl wind trip out to CA to -vibe check- houses and she had as many as she could lined up. She made sure the offer on the house that I wanted was accepted. She continued to support me throughout the loan application and escrow process. When I arrived at my new home, after an exhausting drive across the nation she made sure that I had enough food and house needs to get me through the several days it would take for my refrigerator and moving pod arrived. I can say, without any hesitation, that she was my guide through a very challenging situation and had it not been for Diana, I would not be typing from my new house right now.
