We (John and Irene Sirvis) relocated to Florida in November 2019 after living in Honolulu, Hawaii for the last 15 years. We have friends who live in Vero Beach, so we checked that area out first. While looking on-line at housing, Irene contacted Premier Properties about a house she liked and spoke with Meg Hickey. This was the start of a two month journey that led to finally closing on a house in Feb 2020. Throughout this period we were professionally assisted by Meg, her son Mike Hickey, and Michelle Farr, their executive assistant. Being new to the Vero Beach housing market, we adjusted our search parameters several times as we gained knowledge of the area, and how our housing needs mapped to it.
