My boyfriend and I decided to buy and we used Mike Hickey with the M&M group in Vero Beach. We came across a few houses with Mike and after a handful of showings we finally found the one! Mike Hickey is an amazing agent! He is quick to schedule a showing when you find a house you like. He is also very observant during the showing. He makes sure to look at things on and in the house that you wouldn?t think about. He is straight to the point and if something is wrong with the house or just doesn?t look right he?ll let you know, which is extremely helpful. His personality is great and you can tell that he loves what he does. The M&M group helped tremendously with their advice and communication. They are a great team and help fill in for each other when one is out of town. They are all on the same page and know exactly what is going on with your file when you call. They provide a vendor list that made it easier on me after closing, to set up water, utilities, etc. Our transaction would have seriously fallen apart if it wasn?t for the M&M group. Brennen and I are so thankful for this team and would highly recommend them to any buyer!
