Stay aware from her. Please read this and be careful if you decide to use her. She is not reliable. She is dishonest and unprofessional. She is not interested in acting on your behalf -- she is interested in making the sale and making the sale quickly. She does not pay attention to details and is dishonest. For example, she believed my asking price was too high and urged me to get an appraisal and told me that the appraisal information would only be revealed to whomever I told. I then heard from friends (Buffalo is small town) - the down to the dollar amount of my appraisal from Lenahan in addition to her telling other's that my asking price was too high when she was representing me. She was also sloppy and careless with the contract, wanted to lie to potential buyers regarding issues I had had with the house as disclosing them would "delay the sale." Beware Buffalo. Strongly encourage you to stay away from her.
