I have been very impressed with Misty. I recently purchased a home in Bandon that she helped me find and she went WAY above and beyond my expectations. For example, we put in an offer on the home late Friday evening, which took a fair amount of work on her part to prepare. Then I heard a lot of people were looking at the home I was interested in over the weekend, so I changed my mind and decided to put in a higher offer. I notified her Sunday evening, expecting her to write it up Monday morning. Instead, she did it 10:30pm on Sunday night! The offer was in and waiting by 5am EST. Our first offer was rejected along with several others and our second one was accepted! Thank you Misty!! Her knowledge of the local area is excellent, she is very professional and has a fantastic personality. I highly recommend her.
