I dont even know where to begin on this situation most drawn out beyond stressful process I have ever had to go threw with and every step is a 2-3 week waiting period to move to the next step (at least is was for me) this has truly been the most stressful thing I have ever done constantly thinking this is never gonna happen I'm gonna get denied thats what I keep thinking because of the constant wait barley getting answer when you call for information about what going on this has been one of my dreams for many years and never thought it would happen cause my credit was shot and still is that was why I always thinking it wasnt gonna happen for me but it did and I really owe it to Melissa matey my realtor if she wasnt renting a apartment 2 blocks from my old apartment I wouldnt be here right now she went above and beyond for me to get this to happen she is very straight forward and not afraid to give her input all in all I owe Melissa my life for what she has helped me do for my family a 10 star rating in my book for sure to anyone that wants to buy a house and thinks there credit isnt good enough I am a perfect example to use if you think you wont get approved you will never know if you dont try Melissa exact words give her a call she will point you in the direction you need to go with no hesitation It still hasnt set in that I finally own my own home and it will probably take a little it for it to set in but I feel like I have achieved my biggest goal in life to give my family a better life in a better neighborhood and school so once again thank you to Melissa matey and everyone for all you have done for my family you will never know what this means to me to a new beginning that I will forever cherish
