Nesha Steen is the kind of agent you hope for when searching for property or a home. Her friendly attitude, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients is exemplary. When I was searching for a suitable property, she not only took me to various lots for inspection, but she drove her personal vehicle onto the properties. These were not paved or cleared, she literally drove her car off-road to make viewing much easier. It would have extremely difficult to look at the properties without her commitment to satisfying her clients needs. Once the I found a property I wanted, she made the process of buying the property much less difficult, which wasn't easy, because I was out of state. After I purchased my initial property, I had a need to find a home nearby and she was able to make that process as snap. I was able to view the homes myself, but she inspected the homes and found them acceptable. Because I am out of state, the loan institution was a bit reluctant to make the loan. She personally went to the bank and vouched for me. I got the homes and I couldn't be happier. Since I am still out of state, she has regularly visited my various properties and made sure there were no problems for the better part of a year. This is not something she is required to do, but her clients mean everything to her. If you are searching for a real estate agent, you could not make a better choice than Nesha Steen.
