I cannot wait to refer my family or friends who begin a house search to Milford Real Estate Group and please allow me the opportunity to recommend them to anyone who may be reading this now. I was grateful to find Tony Terp by chance when I was exploring what the market had to offer. I had met with a few agents at this early stage but when I met him, my search was over. No one else even compared! Tony LIVES real estate and works hard for his clients to find the right home at each step of the process. This was the biggest purchase decision I will ever make and although I was proud to buy a home as a single mom and an independent woman, I needed to make it with confidence, and I did! This was all because of my brokers attentiveness, expertise, and dedication to make sure my family found the right home. There were numerous times Tony went above and beyond: whether it was responding to late night texts (I figured hed just get back to me in the morning, but as hed later explained, he knows this process can be stressful and he wouldnt want his client kept awake at night with questions that he could answer right then!), or whether it was sending me listings of homes that hed found and knew wed be interested in (believe it or not, Id found myself having to tell other agents multiple times what my family size and needs were, but not Tony), to setting up viewings, even if it was only one at a time hed drive from Omaha to CB, even if it was last minute (which in this seller's market you had to) he took care of every detail. Not only that, but Tony had contacts for every part of the process, too --from the loan servicer we ended up going with, to the insurance broker who did the shopping for me, to the Inspector, and Home Warranty Company (which he made sure to write into the purchase agreement), to a Flooring Contractor for the new LVP floors we put in throughoutaEUR"this helped so much because I was put in contact with someone who had already been vettedaEUR|as I said aEUR"Tony LIVES Real Estate! As someone who has been through the entire process from beginning to end with him, he was not lying when he told me he truly wants his clients to love their home! The house we ended up buying was one he had found. It is just perfect for us! At this point he knew what I needed better than I did but he never pushed his opinions and let me make sure the decision was all mineaEUR| just like the house itself would be! He understood that I needed to see numerous options on the market to be able to make a confident purchase decision, and although I started months before I was even ready to get pre-approved and had seen so many houses, he was always patient and always made me a priority, in fact wed already put in an offer on the home we ended up buying and he still dropped everything when a house came on the market and within minutes had a viewing set-up that we met there within the half hour --all so that I would be able to make extra sure we had already found the right one! I think he was about as happy as we were when we closed on our new home! Tony, I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for our family --we are loving our new home!!!
