My wife and I knew Alyson though our sons playing soccer, baseball, and going to school together. Nevertheless, we interviewed her and another very capable realtor before making our decision, and we were not disappointed with our selection. First, Alyson is extremely professional, capable, and knowledgeable. She confirmed many of our thoughts and made several suggestions prior to listing our home, all of which were spot on and helpful in the end for securing the sale of our home. The photographer she used for the listing was lights out, and the pictures of our home were far better than what I had seen of other homes on the market. She was spot on too with a listing price as we were in a bit of a hurry to sell. We had a viewing before the home was even listed, then multiple viewings quickly after it hit the web. If I remember correctly, we had a purchase and sales agreement signed within six days of listing. What's more, she helped us with negotiating multiple offers, and we ultimately sold higher than our listing price. When the buyer haggled a bit over the inspection, Alyson was right there too, walking us through the process. Second, we could not have asked for more from an agent. Alyson worked tirelessly to get our home sold. She was always available and quick to respond to our questions or needs. From beginning to end, we knew that our agent, Alyson Roslonek, had our best interests in mind and was truly representing us in the process, not just working for her commission. We could not have been happier with her efforts, nor could I recommend her more highly, she is just flat out outstanding at what she does! Thanks Alyson!!
