Where do we start? We really cant put into words what an awesome first-time home buying experience this was for us. I write this review on behalf of my spouse and I, as we both mutually feel the same amount of gratitude. We had been casually going to open houses on our own for a few months but quickly realized we needed the help of a skilled Realtor to be able to ask important questions and view more homes that matched our needs. We had hoped to find someone who could see eye-to-eye with us on our vision for our first home. Luckily, as soon as we knew we needed a Realtor we ran into Kimberly! I had met her previously when she had shown us the rental we were currently still living in, and even during the rental process she was wonderful. Everything just happened so smoothly from the get-go with aEUR~bringing her on as our Realtor. We wasted no time, and Kimberly was awesome enough to start showing us houses that same weekend (4 houses in one weekend) to be exact!We were eager to get into a home quickly (ideally before summer started). She recognized our timeframe and was aEUR~on it in EVERY regard. We stumbled upon a house that was beautiful and just needed a few upgrades and some changes made to make it the perfect home for us. It was a foreclosure and had been sitting for a few months during the wet winter, which we thought would present problems and hiccups along the way- especially involving the inspection and appraisal process. Let me just say, if there were any hiccups- we barely felt them. Kimberly literally handled everything for us and went so far beyond what most Realtors would do to ease our nerves and make sure things ran smoothly. We could call or text her early in the morning, or later in the evening (we tried not to be annoying-ha! ?? aEUR|but it is nerve wracking purchasing your first home), yet she was friendly each time we reached out with questions. Kimberly is as consistent as they come! Shes upbeat and willing to tackle any issue or obstacle along the way. She is totally down-to-earth and has this calmness about her yet is completely professional and ahead of her game- never missing a beat. She went over documents with us in a language that was easy to interpret. She presented realistic expectations on timelines, problems that could occur, and what to expect. She had great, open communication with our Lender- which (btw) really helps! In return, everything ended up being way easier than we could have ever imagined. Kimberly made the home buying experience fun, painless, and was very aEUR~hands-on and attentive to our individual needs. She makes sure to LISTEN- which I feel is a hard quality to find in people these days, since we all live such busy lives. I think she really tailors the home buying experience to that of the client, and fully understands what they are looking for. Important side note- she even met with contractors to gather estimates for us while we were busy at workaEUR|totally didnt expect that, and really helped us with our busy schedules. Also- yes peeps, thanks to Kimberly we closed Escrow in 30 days. Thank you for treating us like family. We cant thank you enough and wed go through this experience 4 times over again, except we are already in LOVE with our new home and so happy you took us on this fun journey to help us find it! I can only tell you that if you use any other agent, you are missing out on a fantastic experience with a GREAT guy who sold our house DAY ONE of the listing and on top of that as we had already moved hundreds of miles to our new home, he made the process as easy as if we were there. He had an excellent local knowledge, knowing the appropriate pricing to use and how to market the home. He suggested possibly using "staging" but as he sold the house DAY ONE it was unnecessary!We used DocuSign making signatures simple and Brian arranged everything that had to be done, signed, etc. We simply responded to emails.Every time I tried to contact him he either answered immediately or got back to me within minutes.He negotiated a deal for us we were very happy with, even better than we had hoped for probably.Every aspect of this process was EASY and NOT stressful, and I am the KING of stress, trust me. Write down that name, BRIAN WRUCK, and his office MIKKIMOVES Real Estate. Seriously, he is that good, his office is that good!
