I had been looking for a house to buy for about a year and a half. I really did not have a realtor that I was using for my search. I ended up viewing a few homes that Richard was the realtor for. He then became my "go to guy" and realtor. He showed me a house that I fell in love with and ended up purchasing. He guided me through the ever challenging process of buying a house. Richard is very down to earth and to him "there are no dumb questions." Believe me, I had alot of questions. He is very knowledgeable with all the aspects of buying a house, the neighborhoods etc. The best thing is, he would call me at least once a week to keep me up to date on the progress of my loan and calm my fears through the whole process of buying my dream home. I also could e-mail him or call him if I needed. He introduced me to Jas Singh for my loan (who is amazing) and gave me a few companies to check out for home insurance. I most definately would buy from Richard Brown again and I HIGHLY 1000% recommend him an awesome realtor who also is a very down to earth good hearted person.
