Because I accepted a job out of state and because of travel restrictions due to Covid-19, I had to trust and rely on Maria Neger to share our vision of what our perfect home in Florida would be. Maria accepted the challenge and found only houses that were within our budget range and with the must haves we requested at the beginning. She quickly earned our trust not just because of the houses she constantly sent us that were amazing and affordable, but because every time we asked her to do a video showing because of Covid-19 and the fact that we were stuck in Arizona, she got it done the same day or within 24 hours. She actually talked me out of a house that was at the high end of our price range because she learned enough about us to know that we would be perfectly happy with that house and HOA. She truly partnered with us every step of the way and answered the phone in the evening and weekends. When we finally showed up to do a final walk through, the house was even more amazing than we thought and she said...."what did I tell you, I knew you would love it." Maria is simply the best at what she does. I could never have done this remotely with any other realtor. She deserves 10 starts. Thank you for everything!!!
