Eric has been a joy to work with. As kiteboarders, Eric was instrumental in helping us find a second home. We have been lucky enough to maintain a relationship with him and now, as investors, we had the good fortune of working with him to secure a second property. He is timely, candid and a problem solver. He has a true appreciation for what a remote buyer/seller needs from their real estate partner. There are always questions and unexpected things that happen in any transaction and Eric handles them professionally every time. I greatly appreciate the transparency as well. If he doesnt know something, he doesnt give you the run around. He goes and learns about it, finds options, and discusses them with you. Sometimes the second time you use a realtor feels like you arent as important, but that was never the case with Eric. He really is a stand up guy who wants the best for you and the community overall.
