John Garmo will never get a good recommendation from me. I have never been treated so poorly by a sales "professional" in my life. He listed our home, where we agreed upon a listing price, after 1 week and an open house, we had no offer, so he wanted us to drop the Price $40,000. If he had used his so call "experience", he should have had better idea of what we should started our listing at. He said what he needed to get us to sign with him. If I asked him a question, he would just start talking over me. If I questioned him about something or left a message, he would not call me back, but call my husband instead. Beside putting us on the MLS, he never did any other type of marketing, no newspaper ads, no postcard, no broker viewings... never did any of them. No marketing skills to speak over. Was not very helpful when we did get an offer and we wanted to counter....he just kept saying you have an offer, you should just take it.
