So my wife Kim and I needed a realtor to sell our equestrian property in Aiken. We came by the Sharer Dale group after reading reviews we found online. The reviews showed they were selling a lot of property and getting good reviews as well, so we called them. Sharer and Lindsey came out to meet with us. They knew the local market and they knew where our house needed to be priced in that market to sell. They assured us that they would have no problem getting our property sold. If there had been any doubts, they were gone the instant we saw the listing for our property. The pictures and the video were stunning and it was not long before the requests for showings started coming in. Lindsey was our primary contact, and she patiently guided us through the process. It made no difference the day or the time, if we needed her, Lindsey was always there to help. True to their word they did get our property sold and we were very pleased with the result. We are now in our new home and Kim and I would both like to send our sincere thanks to the Sharer Dale Group for all the hard work.
