I was actually recommended Farrah by two different friends in the area who did not know one another. My family and I were relocating from Central Illinois to the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) due to a job change in Spring of 2016. I spoke with her via phone and email while still in IL and quickly realized she was an excellent fit. Farrah gave me excellent and more importantly *candid/honest* information on various subdivisions, school districts, and builders while beginning the home search in Illinois. I described to Farrah what key criteria I was seeking for in our next home and target price range. She mentioned a specific subdivision seemed like a good fit for us (Tudor Branch) Once I relocated to the CSRA, she did an excellent job accommodating my schedule and patiently working with me to find the right home. We likely looked at 20+ homes (new construction and existing), then one afternoon she called me to ask what I was doing... She found the a home that fit my desired criteria which was given to her early on for my "dream home" which included the following: > Large Private Lot (flat enough to possibly accommodate a pool) > Fenced in yard > Community with trails and/or sidewalks > Community or House with Pool > Main Floor Master > Pantry > Extra Storage Space > Cul de sac (to minimize traffic since we have 2 small kids) > Gas Stove Top (This is the ONLY criteria not met on our home, FYI electric is by far the norm for this area) Guess where the house was, in the subdivision she identified as being a potential fit while I was still back in Illinois. Obviously we were ecstatic and Farrah represented us well through the negotiation process and closing. I also recommended her to a close friend/coworker that also relocated from IL. But to really show how well we enjoyed working with Farrah Barber... I recommended my Parents work with her as well when they looked to purchase a home in the area as well. She knocked it out of the park with everyone I have sent her way. I can't recommend Farrah Barber enough for your CSRA real estate needs.
