Rich met the challenges of selling an older home in the middle of the COVID Lockdown. Open houses were not allowed. Buyers were panicked about losing their jobs. We needed honest advice on what updates were truly needed, and how to keep them on budget. He advised us beautifully, coming up with creative solutions. For $5,000 in updates, we received $16,000 MORE than our original asking price. When our buyer suddenly died a few weeks before closing (yes, it really happens!)
