Overall we had a good experience with Lorena. She showed us three properties and the third house was our dream home. The process went pretty swiftly as the lending officer, title company and real estate attorney were all my acquaintances. We closed on house less than 40 days after offer was accepted.When we viewed house we were told my Lorena and sellers agents that house would be semi cleaned and items that were left behind from previous tenant would be taken out. House was not cleaned. Bulky items were taken out but closets had stuff inside and there was junk on side of house that was not disposed of. Although we did a run through of house the day of closing, it was quick as we had to rush to title company. I feel like Lorena shouldve seen this through and made sure we received house as we were told.
