Sarah was a tremendous help in buying the my perfect first house. I would recommend her to everyone I know for many reasons!I started the search for my first home using a couple other real estate agents. All of whom didn't seem to have much knowledge about the homes in the area, the neighborhoods, the ability to resell, or even care to mention if there were problems with the houses. This was not the case with Sarah! She disclosed all worries about properties we viewed, thoroughly looking at every aspect of properties to ensure what her clients buy is a quality home. Besides being helpful and knowledgeable, she is extremely affable and kind. From the very first tour to the day I closed on this home, she was very friendly which is hard to be shy around. She clearly was looking out for my families best interest. She even gave my newborn daughter a piggy bank! ??I remember after my first day of house tours with Sarah that I noticed I completely trusted her taste in homes. So much so that I let her pick the homes to go view on the 2nd tour ?? and I do not regret it at all.Overall, Sarah was honest, knowledgable, and very helpful when buying a home for the first time.
