OK.... So how do I begin to outline all the benefits of having Jaz as your realtor. First of all her knowledge of the area is off the charts. She knows her territory extremely well and understands the nuances of all the neighborhoods. In my case this was extremely valuable as I wanted to live (as most of us) in a desirable low crime area with built in equity in my future home. Jaz was very honest and candid on why a certain area was not the right location for me and my family. True knowledge of the area and the values of the houses was specifically a skill set that Jaz has excelled in as she is aware of literally everything in the market. She is a true professional. Jaz worked with me as if it were her house she was going to buy and also her money she was going to spend. There were several instances in our extensive search that Jaz could have pushed us to buy based on the information we gave her but she didnt! She wanted our home to feel right to us. Literally wanting us to feel that the property was a perfect fit for our needs. This is so very rare in a climate where agents just want to push a sale and move on to the next opportunity. I cant say enough for someone who from the first discussion was 110% committed to finding my family the perfect home. In today's world where good people are few and far between Jaz was truly an amazing human being besides being a supeer agent. We interviewed 5 realtors before pulling the trigger on Jaz and we couldnt be any happier with our decision. Jaz ROCKS!My wife and I had a home to sell in Concord so we could purchase a bigger one in Bentwood for our growing family. She took the time to explain all the different scenarios we would encounter. She was clear and direct on what she expected from us and what we could expect from her. After our first trip to look at houses I knew she was a great realtor. We told her our price range and neighborhoods and she took us to places that exactly matched what we were looking for. Her knowledge of different home builders and neighborhoods is impressive. She didnt try to push us into a home that was more expensive like some realtors do she showed us homes that she knew wed like and across our whole price range. Every time we sent her a property she would come back with all the information on it so quickly our heads would spin. We never felt like we were waiting on her for ANYTHING. She was super responsive to all our emails, texts, and phone calls and always followed up thoroughly.She is very sweet but she had no problem getting pointed and firm when advocating for us with other realtors. She is a tough negotiator for sure. She stays on top of everyone to make deadlines and keeps everyone moving forward. Thank you Jaz for all you did for us we love our new home.
