Jonathan was a pleasure to work with for a number of reasons. First and foremost, having a professional realtor with intimate knowledge of the area and its lakes was invaluable to us. As we had limited knowledge of the area we needed someone to help us understand the properties and their relative values and Jonathan bridged that gap at every turn. And there were quite a few twists and turns along the way.Having grown up in Saranac Lake and worked in the region as a property manager for camps, Jonathan offered a wealth of knowledge to help inform our understanding and decisions. The final decision ended up being the complete opposite of what we initially thought we would purchase. And at almost less than half of what we planned on spending, his attention and focus never lessened. He consistently anticipated issues/needs to work the deal and move things forward through closing.
