In our first meeting with Gail, she sat us down, and in detail, explained the entire process of buying a home. It was very helpful for us first time buyers. She also said in that meeting, that she won't rush us, that as she gets to know us better, she'll show us houses she knows we'll love, but we should not feel pressured to make an offer. Over a couple of months, she weeded out houses we wouldn't like, but managed to show us many houses that fit our criteria. She was very patient with us, answering our many questions, and getting information on houses when we asked for it. When we were considering making an offer on a house, she was honest. When there was a red flag issue with a house we fell in love with, she advised us to not put an offer on it. She also didn't steer us towards pricier houses. She helped put us at ease, spent time talking to us, getting our feedback, and adjusting her search for us. I would highly recommend her for first time buyers.
