Bob Fitton is a man of integrity. He is industrious with problem solving and sincerely invested in helping his clients. I always felt like a priority and he was dedicated to reducing my stress over selling my house. My property was a complicated to sell because there was a main house, a playroom and a guest cottage. This property was unique with three structures and would appeal to a smaller demographic of buyers. Consequently, marketing my property was a full time job to reach this smaller pool of potential buyers. Bobs dedication had my property written up in several local newspapers to give it the visibility it needed. I was unable to monitor the regular wear and tear of my property since I had already relocated to another state. Bob Fitton was not only my realtor, but also my honorary property manager. He worked closely with my landscaper to keep the property presentable. Bob also coordinated the interior maintenance of three structures. Bob put on his contractor hat when there was a leak in the guest cottage. He collected bids and oversaw hardwood floor repairs and the installation of a new HVAC. Bob made sure the work was done correctly and kept all job costs below budget. Bob Fitton is truly a class act and I was most fortunate to do business with him. He is lovely to work with.
