We first found Birche and team when we bought our house in Moore County in 2019. Being a military family, we knew that there would be an inevitable sale when orders came around. When that time came, we were a bit intimidated by the current market (a sellers market is AWESOME, but it can be super fast and overwhelming). We reached out to Birche initially out of convenience since he was already familiar with our property. He called us back from his family vacation to let us know that hed like to represent us for the sale. He sat down with us, made a game plan, and was with us every step of the way. They are truly a family-style business and everyone that we worked with- from Birche and Damara, to Elizabeth the listing manager, to the agent that manned our open house, to the administrative staff- made us feel like our family and our home were a priority despite having so many listings in a quickly expanding area. The marketing for our home was beautifully done and we felt like the magic that made us fall in love with our home in the first place was definitely captured. Birche and team had our back throughout the entire home sale process and handled the good, bad, and whacky of it all with grace and professionalism. Please believe me when I say they will go to incredible lengths to ensure their clients are protected and cared for in this market. My family and I planned to buy a home in the Whispering Pines area while living in Hawaii. We wanted a 'hands-on' realtor because we planned on purchasing this home without ever seeing it in person.When I first started working with Meese Property Group I was not too impressed. I did not think that the first person that I had was very interested in helping me, but when I was passed to Taylor things turned around very quickly. She had just the right amount of aggressiveness and gave me the attention that I wanted. Any time I had a question she was either available or contacted me back within 5 minutes. She has lived in the area for only a couple of years so I gave here a 4-star for local knowledge, and she's also a fairly new realtor so understanding the full ins and outs of the process was not as good as maybe a seasoned (10 or more year) realtor. If there was any lack in understanding on either of our part, Taylor went above and beyond to find the answer in a timely manner. For the amount of time that she's been a realtor I'm very impressed with how well she did. She is very competent and she's going to do very well in the real estate business.She was genuine and I felt that she had our best interest in mind. I'm so glad that we ended up with Taylor and I would absolutely recommend her to friends/colleagues.Note: Meese Property Group management later reached out to me with a sincere apology for how things were handled in the beginning. I thought that was very professional and I was grateful for how they handled the situation.
