Alex was great to work with! I am a first time home buyer. When I started the process, he sat down with me and went over what to expect and what the process would look like. Every house I wanted to look at he arranged a viewing quickly and took the time to show me houses even on holidays. Alex has the perfect balance of being aggressive with the sellers when its warranted, but also being direct with his client. We looked at numerous houses together and he had great insight on the issues to be wary of and bonus features of the homes. He was respectful of my wants for a home and never was discouraging or negative. Alex was proactive and spotted the house I ended up buying the second it went on the market. He was always available and answered every question and addressed every concern. Alex made my home buying experience a great one and I felt like I had a good and knowledgeable advocate in my corner through the whole process.

We originally were using a rep from a different realty company. After a few weeks of almost no communication from her, we decided to just call listing agents from the houses we liked to schedule a showing. The first one we called was a house that Alex was showing. I was so impressed by the information and service that he offered, we decided to keep him as our new agent even though we didn't put an offer in on that house. Two hours after our showing, Alex had us set up for a search that used the options we wanted to email us a list of houses that were on the market that matched. He kept in contact, almost daily, during our search. After finding the house we eventually bought, Alex took care of every detail from the offer to the closing.
