When we felt wed exhausted our independent home search and my husband and I knew we were going to need a realtor, there was no doubt we wanted to work with Shannon. Even in spite of the rapidly changing house market, Shannon stayed on top of everything. We had a very specific list of needs for a home, and Shannon was able to send us appropriate homes daily and get us in for showings ASAP. She is knowledgeable, kind, and professional, and a pleasure to work with. She encouraged us to look at a particular home we hadnt considered because her professional insight told her it might be a good fit, and we are happy to say we are now settling in to our new home!
